Spiral Cities Marketing is led by veteran marketer and AdWords expert, Jon C. Coward. Jon has been doing marketing and advertising for almost 20 years and has been managing client’s campaigns for over 9 years. His clients range from single successful solopreneurs… to national advertisers.
Jon is an Internet fanatic and focuses his marketing on the Internet because it is the one type of marketing that allows this level of control over message, audience and frequency.
In the few hours when he is not sleeping or learning the latest in Internet marketing, SEO and all things Google, Jon spends his time playing his Gibson SG guitar and reading with his daughter (Not marketing books!)
Faith Fisher

Drawing on instinct as much as her extensive business management background, Faith is able to find the inner campaign inside each client. She listens intently, drawing out useful information that makes campaigns speak clearly for business owners. Having been a small business owner herself, it is easy to relate and help. She has helped business after business succeed by intuitively and analytically tapping into what makes them special.
From years as a professional writer and broadcaster, Faith learned how to express ideas in a multitude of ways dependent upon her target audience. She never accepts overused ad techniques or verbiage. Her passion is for uniqueness, which translates into fresh ideas and concepts for advertising. Self-billed as a “completion artist”, she never leaves work undone or conversations unfinished. In the ever-changing marketing arena, that passion is essential if you want to remain on top.
A graduate of Wheaton College, Faith earned her undergraduate degree in Communications, specializing in broadcasting. Her talents along with her tireless energy, keep the marketing perfectionist alive in us all. She loves details and won’t miss one…really! Just try to get a typo, cliché, or a little valuable input past her!
Debi Taylor

Businesses are overwhelmed with today’s “new media” platforms. Even in seeing the value they realize how time consuming and labor intensive it is to maintain a consistent presence on the Social Web. Debi creates a custom, relevant Social Media blueprint that ties all channels together for a successful Social Media Marketing campaign. Her passion is providing overall content and reputation management, freeing business owners to concentrate their efforts on running their company. She creates custom tools and solutions for clients by analyzing, creating and coordinating all relevant Social Media networks, including WordPress blogs, Twitter pages, Facebook pages, LinkedIn business profiles, YouTube channels, and more.
Debi is also a Special Needs Counselor for Emergency Responders. Debi has been an active co-founder and volunteer with DeKalb County Fire Rescue Reserve for the past six years, which inspired her to create several Autism training curriculums for Police, Fire, Disaster Response, and CERT groups. She founded an organization, Spirit Of Autism to educate and empower families and public safety sectors. She is grateful for her journey with her own Autistic child, which drives her to keep searching for ways to make a global difference with healing and support for the increasing number of children on the Autism Spectrum in addition to a great work ethic with Spiral cities clients.
